East Oncology Group foundered on 2012 by Dr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, Professor and Head ( Radiation Oncology) State Cancer Institute, IGIMS, Sheikhpura, Patna-800 014. East Oncology Group is famous by EOG also. This is society of Oncologists and Allied Specialists in the state of Bihar, India, constantly striving to address the issues that affect the oncology professionals and allied specialists working together for cancer care as a whole. EOG promotes multi disciplinary approach in Oncology, with the objective of standardizing knowledge and clinical particularly in Eastern Zone.
Our objective is to advance and promote the specialty of oncology, education and training for those who are involved in cancer patient care and to establish a platform for the dissemination and sharing of knowledge since our first meeting in 2012. East Oncology Group has been constantly working to provide high quality education to meet the need for basic training and continuing professional development in the field of oncology.
East Oncology Group Organize every year two days National conference every year i.e. ONCOCON. 7th National Conference organized successfully by this group. Every year we focus conference on different theme. In all conference many National and International Faculty participate in ONCOCON. We always focus on Faculty and interesting topic.
